Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is a reserved luxury experience, thoughtfully set aside just for you. To maintain the highest level of service for all clients, the following policies are in place:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future bookings may require a deposit.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this time may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure the best results. Additional prep time or cleansing may result in an added fee.
Repeated last-minute changes or missed appointments may result in limited booking availability.
